Before departure

Preparing your order

In-stock pieces are prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 4:00pm China Standard Time (UTC+8) enter that day’s dispatch queue; personal sizing or made-to-order details may add up to 2 business days.

Once a parcel is collected, you will receive a dispatch note with its tracking link. Orders placed together may ship separately when one piece requires additional preparation, at no additional shipping charge.

When something is not right

Damage, loss and address changes

If a piece arrives damaged or different from your order, photograph the item and outer parcel and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund after review.

Address changes are possible only before dispatch. For a parcel that appears lost, contact us after the carrier’s expected window has passed so we can open a trace on your behalf.

Keep the shipping carton until you have checked the piece — it helps us resolve transit damage quickly.
