Preparing your order
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
Each piece is made by hand in our studio and carefully packed in our signature gift box before departure.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
We offer international delivery with tracking. The following estimates start after dispatch and are separate from preparation time. Customs or carrier delays, particularly during peak periods, may extend delivery.

Taxes and customs duties
Prices include taxes and customs duties. The confirmed checkout amount is the final amount payable, with no additional customs charges on delivery. If a destination cannot use our duty-inclusive service, we will contact you before processing the order.
Tracking your parcel
Every order includes tracking. After dispatch, you will receive the tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update. If delivery exceeds the estimated window, contact us with your order number.
Returns, replacements and refunds
If your piece is damaged in transit, email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs or a short video. We reply within 1 business day and arrange a free replacement after confirming the damage. See the Return Policy for eligibility, approved refunds and your statutory rights.
